When Avery was a lot younger (along with his boss) he didn’t know how to dance and essentially had “two left feet”! As they grew up together, so did their interest in eachother. Eventually, after they had become an item, Avery decided to learn to dance himself. He grew tired of steppin’ all over the poor boss’ feet! 

He now leads.
